New Albany Flagging Operations for Single Lane Closure

Weather permitting, there will be flagging operations in effect on Main Street (SR 111), Market Street, and Spring Street in New Albany to implement a single lane closure for installation of conduit under the I-64 Bridges.

Flagging operations are anticipated to be in effect daily for several days as follows:

  • Main Street beginning on January 23 through January 27
  • Market Street beginning on January 30 through February 3
  • Spring Street beginning on February 6 through February 10

Flagging operations are not anticipated to be in effect during peak drive times or during inclement weather.  Motorists should slow down, drive distraction free and be aware of the changing traffic pattern along Main Street.
